Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please email us here or at thebronzehook@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving it.

If your item is faulty, we offer either a full refund or replacement. all costs associated with returning your item will be covered by the bronze hook.

we would happily offer an exchange for change of mind. your order needs to be in it’s original condition, unused condition. you will responsible for postage when sending it back to us and we cannot take responsibility for any damaged or lost items in this process.
