my journey began back in my pre-teen years when my nunna (that’s my grandmother, i’m maltese) introduced me to the art of crochet. it took me ages to finish my first blanket, but when i finally wrapped it up, i was officially hooked (pun totally intended!). with every stitch, my obsession grew, and i realised this craft wasn’t just a hobby, it was a bond with my nunna that i never wanted to lose.

i found myself crocheting everywhere - yes, even in the dark at the cinemas! i started making gifts for friends and family, and seeing their faces light up when they received my creations? pure magic. the feeling i got when completing a project made me feel accomplished - i actually made this! that’s the spark that ignited the bronze hook!
